Frequently Asked Questions about Carpet Cleaning Services in Brantford

During our more than 20 years of providing upholstery, rug and carpet cleaning services in Brantford, Roto-Static of Brantford has served thousands of residential and commercial customers. The following are some of the most common questions we are asked regarding carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, fine rug cleaning and other aspects of the services we provide. If you have a question that is not addressed here, give us a call and we’ll do our best to answer it.

Q: How long will my carpets take to dry?
A: Carpets typically require only a few hours to dry (even as little as under an hour); however, drying times will vary, depending on how soiled the carpets are (cleaner carpets dry more quickly), as well as the carpet’s fibre type, density and style.

Q: With another company my carpets get dirty in just a few months; will Roto-Static make my carpets stay cleaner longer?
A: Our clients tell us their carpets stay cleaner longer – often much longer – so your carpets will look great and continue to look great. As an added bonus, the savings and appearance benefits can be considerable.

Q: How soon can I schedule an appointment?
A: If you need a very specific day and time (i.e. 10:00 AM on a Tuesday) then it's best to plan ahead. In most cases appointments can be scheduled within 7 to 10 days.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes, all Roto-Static locations are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Q: How long will the cleaning take?
A: We can generally complete the cleaning in as little as an hour, or perhaps several hours, depending on the nature of the work.

Q: Do I have to be there when the work is done?
A: No, once we know what you'd like to have cleaned you do not need to be there during the cleaning, just make access arrangements with your local Roto-Static professional.

Q: How long should I wait before walking on the carpets?
A: It's best if you can wait until the carpets are dry to the touch before walking on them (carpets will dry faster if you don't walk on them right away), a couple of hours is helpful, longer if possible.
